Returns Procedure

Returns can be for many reasons and we operate an RMA System
This is a Returns Merchandise Authorisation process to ensure the safe turn around of your unit.
If you have just received your product and it appears faulty please call your supplying dealer. In many cases the problem may be resolved with telephone assistance. eg. Due to an installation error
All goods returned for whatever reason require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Please provide the following information to us, either by Email or Post and we will contact you and issue the necessary RMA number.

Nature of the problem. (eg. Intermittent etc..)

If we receive a unit without an RMA number, it will not be processed.
When returning goods
please use adequate packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Kinetic will endeavour to repair and return it by the safest and most cost effective means.
Any units returned outside of warranty for repair will be charged for, and all charges must be met by you prior to its return.
Kinetic reserve the right to charge a handling fee for non faulty products.
