Adobe Reader Updates

Post by MANOFKENT » January 14th, 2013, 9:52 pm

Three times I have had unsuccessful installs to Adobe Reader 11.5. I have now uninstalled and tried to download again and still can't install. Now I've had to go back to version 9.5, at least I have a workable Reader. I have Windows XP Home, and all the trouble shooting tips didn't help one little bit. I tried Chrome and didn't want to know either.

Why can't Adobe admit the problem is at their end?

Anyone have any problems with same?

I gave up on Adobe reader years ago, I swapped to the free Foxit Reader and have never looked back.

On my notebook it fails, saying it's looking for Drive E, so I stick a flash drive in and it updates.
